I was just about to leave the house and they call me to tell me they no longer have time for me though they were 5 hours away from closing that day. Scheduled the appointment a month ago and the next available spot that doesn't clash with my schedule is a month later. 2 months is a long time but you just don't cancel on people without any notice.
