  Excellent food, quick delivery, great atmosphere. Sadly overshadowed by poor customer service. Some staff are quite rude and impatient and some openly display don't care attitude. Wouldn't advice to go past 8.00 even though closing time says 9.30 as the staff are very impatient pulling away plates from the tables, even standing at one end of the table telling to pass the dishes on the table, some starting to mop the floor and grieving comments of more orders. Shame that the great food doesn't get justice.

  Walked in and horrible customer service, waited at the table to be ordered to only find out 10 minutes later we have to get up and order at the counter and the way she said it was so rude!!! Her face expressions was making us feel so uncomfortable, we got our food and as we ate a cockroach came out and was crawling on our table and we had to pick up our plates so the cockroach wouldn’t get to it we stood up in shock and the lady goes” it’s from outside we get this placed sprayed” she kills it on the table and doesn’t come back to disinfect it, I asked for a takeaway container and she holds it and goes” I normally charge but this time I give to you for free!!!”
  Mind you the container cost less than $1 and I’ve dined at Thai splendid in miranda and I always get takeaway container no charge so I was definitely shocked. Wouldn’t recommend

  have been here once and ordered a Long Island jug and there were no problems. This time I come in and ordered a Long Island jug which was fine, however as soon as I told them I’ll sit outside as I want to enjoy the fresh air with my drink they said no because of the bushfires and things will fly into my drink? What on earth is that.. if I choose to sit outside I should be aloud too? Because I refused to sit inside they turned me down on my order and I had to go else where. This will now make me never come here again! I feel that they weren’t bothered to bring a jug outside... they clearly don’t care for customer satisfaction. So disappointed as I loved this place from my first experience but now you’ve lost a good customer. Losing money because your too lazy to bring someone’s drink outside where you have chairs and tables for the customers to eat. Not right.
