    I highly recommend this shop. Great advise and all round helpful. The man we spoke to advised us on a few things we didn't think of ourselves. He even went out of way to check for stock out the back and gave us a hand with everything. Great bunch of guys. Cheers.

    I really can't recommend the people and excellent customer service at Campbelltown Swimart, especially Russell who never gave up and spent so much time identifying and rectifying the fault in my salt water chlorinator cell. These guys are fantastic.

    Today I arrived at 12.50pm to have my pool water tested.
    I was informed that as they were closing shortly they would not do the test at that time.
    I have used swimmart extensively in the past however have only seen 1 assistant that I have had a good rapport with. Historically I was happy enough with this person to acquire a robotic pool cleaner and clorinator.
    I definitely was taken aback, as the value I place on service is to never give a customer a reason to go elsewhere.
    Unfortunately the person who I spoke to today did not appear to share the same value.
    I would suggest management pass this on to the staff if they share this value also.
    As I am not an immediate local I doubt I will be back.
