I wonder, if the people that gave 5 stars had an issue and how would PW deal with them. From my experience, all the front desk staff need to do a course on how to smile, and then learn what the words "Customer Service" actually means and how to apply it.
At the end of the day, dealing with them in this instance could have ended with a smile, or me leaving my first ever Google review.
