  So we bought some beds, electrical appliances and a lounge, everyone was so helpful and we got a great price but the standout for us was that we bought a display model lounge and there was two small leather side pieces missing from the lounge, the boss said he’d try to source some for us and they would be $200 or he may have some at the warehouse that he would just give to us.
  We expected to pay the $200 but when our lounge arrived he had included them in our delivery free of charge, The delivery guys lifted our heavy furniture up three flights of stairs like it was nothing.
  
  From start to finish, Harvey Norman Campbelltown was such a pleasure to deal with and we’d recommend them to anyone.

  I am so grateful to meet someone who knows what we need and is very honest towards the products we are after. We were reluctant to go to different stores but now this store can be our new to go store. Keep up the good job

  I have shopped here for years now in all different departments and found the staff always polite and very professional.
  Prices are competitive.
  I have bought a washing machine here that was a lemon but without a hesitation they picked it up and replaced it.
  Very happy to recommend buying from the Campbelltown store.

  Gave you one star only because I can't leave a review without a star rating.
  
  Sold us a not fit for purpose matress.
  
  Went back only to put up with staff gossiping about us.
  
  Oh they offered to give us a great discount on a new matress. I don't think that they realise that they are not a monopoly.
  
  Rude, unprofessional and unpleasant staff.
  
  Bald guy, lady with the short brown hair and the lady with long brown hair need to realise we are not stupid.

  Very impressed with the level of service when purchasing our latest washing machine. Akon went above and beyond to assist and even completed a follow up call a week later to make sure that everything was ok and we were happy with the purchase. Grateful for the level of service and assistance. Wouldn't hesitate to make future purchases there.

  The setup is welcoming. A staff member available in each corner was very helpful. The prices on furniture was slightly on the expensive side. I wanted a coffee table but paying over $500 for something so basic was ridiculous. Parking was good.
