  I have never had to engage a lawyer for any matter (other than to sell a house) before now, so was extremely apprehensive about where to start when a range of traffic matters arose for my son. I called a number of legal firms for advice, including Go To Court Lawyers.
  
  My experience with Go To Court Lawyers was positive from the start. From the first phone call I made I was greeted with warmth and respect by those on the other end of the phone, and was able to get an appointment within the next few days with one of their lawyers.
  
  Samira Ashkar was our Go To Court Lawyer and she is exceptional. Samira is highly professional - she really knew her way around the matters we were dealing with, fought hard where required to get what was needed, was proactive in her dealings with us and the police, always returned calls promptly (and on that note, was extremely patient with my ongoing questions and need for clarification), was direct and honest whilst at the same time reassuring, and single-minded in her focus on getting the best outcome. Samira had to deal with a range of traffic matters that made the overall picture overwhelming for us to deal with, and she managed to effectively disentangle them, dealing with them one at a time such that she was able to get the best outcome we could have hoped for.
  
  As importantly though, Samira impressed me with her compassion. For most of us (I’m guessing), it can take some time to move passed the stereotypes held about lawyers and the legal profession in general, but she treated us at all times with respect and understanding, meaning we felt very much at ease and safe in her hands.
  
  I would highly recommend Go To Court Lawyers, and in particular Samira Ashkar.
