- Mitchell Wakefield Added October 05, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hired a helium tank off these guys and paid an additional $40 for a gel that can be used to keep the balloons inflated for 48 hours as advised by staff.
12 hours after filling a house full of balloons they started dropping one by one.
Called the store to see if they could help me out maybe even send a few replacements so I could still have something up at the party. Manager there wanted me to bring all of them back fully inflated or otherwise he can't do anything for me... what a clown, how the hell am I supposed to get 100 inflated balloons back to you 2.5 hours before a party with a ute?
Worst experience from a party shop ever, go to leumeah party hire instead of service is what you seek guys, staff helped me out a lot and were a pleasure to deal with!! Discount party hire will just leave you in the dark
