YOU STAFF ARE ALL ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!
I had only moved to Sydney under a yr ago and when i fell pregnant, i hadnt heard good things about Campbelltown hospital at all. In fact i was so anxious and scared that i said to myself that i will hang around the Eastern suburbs when i fall into labour so i can end up at one of those hospitals instead. I was petrified after hearing horror stories.
My antenatals started between Camden and Campbelltown hospitals and much to my suprise, they have been going good... i thought maybe the nice ones r only within the antenatal clinics lol.
Anyway when i hit 41 weeks at high risk due to medical reasons that came about suddenly, i was freaking out to the max but from the moment i arrived at the hospital, the care and support was absolutely amazing!!! I cannot fault a single thing. They genuinely cared for me, baby and my husband from the minute we walked in. I was stunned amazed and ever so greatful.
Im still in the maternity ward as i write this review as i couldnt wait to show my gratitude to these wonderful midwives, doctors, nurses and paediatric VMO's etc.
You guys showed a lot more love than what i experienced at 3 different hospitals in Melb for my other kids.
Your efforts are truly madly deeply appreciated and i will be back if we decide on more kids in the future ;) - Sumaya Afrin Added January 08, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★we are really please with their birthing unit and maternity wards.
We had our second child here and our experience was beyond any imagination. The midwives were so supportive and compassionate. They gave us a very personal service at the birthing unit. Even after the birth, staying in the ward was pleasant as well. Doctors, caregivers everyone was exceptional. We are very happy with their service.
Though one thing I want to mention, our experience in their emergency was not positive. The waiting time was too long, almost unbearable. But I guess that's the case with most of the NSW hospitals.
