  We just bought a birthday cake today. Very disappointed with the quality. We have been buying cakes a number of times before but this time is pretty disgusting experience .
  No more going there. The quality is going downhill over the last few years.

  Ordered the rainbow marble cake. Arrived 10 mins early for pick up to be told why are you here 10 minutes early. Cake was dry and did not taste nice at all. Some bits were frozen. Called them to be told all their cakes are delivered and not cooked onsite. Could not tell me when the cake was baked. Even the kids wouldn’t eat the cake. Would never buy from here again, even when ordering just seemed like they didn’t want the business.

  3 days in advance to put a picture on a small cake. Today is Thursday and we need to pick-up on Saturday. That's 3 working days, But they refuse to do it.
  We are a regular customer we always order our cakes from here, but Today the lady has too much fuss not happy to do it. Unbelievable
  Liverpool cake merchant are happy to do it ..

  The choc chip cookie dough NY Style Baked cheese cake is very rich creamy & sweet. The unbaked cookie dough mixed throughout the cake makes it sweet as cookie dough is usually sweeter than baked cookies..
  
  I think it would benefit the cake if they put more fudge drizzle topping over the top & sides of cheese cake as the choc fudge taste, blends well with the rich sour creamy taste aspect of this New York Style baked cream cheese cake..
  
  If the cheese cake happens to be frozen a little in the middle, leave cake out for 1-2 hours so the biscuit base & cookie dough within won't be difficult to slice.. I usually get them to slice it in half for me when I'm picking up the cake.. Over all nice, sweet, rich, creamy baked NY Style Cheese Cake..

  Terrible service, waited 10 minutes to get served in an empty shop, the girl who works there is rude and unhelpful like she doesn't want to be there. Doesn't know whats in the cakes, hence getting sold unsuitable cake. Then dealing with the management who are just as bad.. Won't be going back there again.

  I've now been told if I don't bring a cake from this shop to family functions, I'm not allowed in. The cakes are delicious, the Caramel Dream and Red Velvet sponges are the best. Cheesecakes are so good too! Good service, good prices, always friendly. Seriously, get the Caramel Dream!!!
