  It used to be the only place I would go to. Even though Harvey Norman and The Good Guys were close by. Since moving to their new premises they are starting to be a bit pushy. Last time I went, I was approached the minute I put one foot through their doors. I told the person I was just looking he followed me so i turned around and said I would see him if I needed anything. He walked away. I took another few steps and was approached a second time. I responded the same so the person left me alone. Less than a minute later, a third. Now I was getting annoyed. By the time I got to the Dyson stand which is where I was heading, a forth person approached me. The Dyson stand is around 30 paces inside the shop I might add. I turned around to my wife, said "let's go, this is the forth person to harass us within 2 minutes" and we left. We went over to The Good Guys and gave them the money for our new Dyson instead.

  Terrible service. Will avoid refunding faulty goods - had to have head office get involved so i could get a refund.
