  Hands down my worst experience in any automotive shop I've been to in Sydney.
  
  I went in a while back to ask about their paint mixing services - a service proudly advertised on their shop front. The store was deserted, except for one staff member, who was chatting to someone who appeared to be a friend. When I said I had a few questions about paint mixing, the staff member rudely told me that they didn't do that there and then went back to his conversation and ignored me.
  
  I went back on another day to see if I could get a more polite staff member to deal with and got someone who seemed to be helpful. My questions were answered.
  
  When I went back again to collect my paint, I was served by someone less polite.
  
  When I sprayed the paint, I soon discovered that the paint was gloss, when I had repeatedly requested matt.
  
  I went back to the store, where the rude guy all but told me to f*** off. Finally, a more polite woman served me and gave me a product that she assured me would provide a matt finish when added to the gloss paint.
  
  This was a disaster. I went back with the product and was told I needed a machine to mix the product with the paint. I brought the paint in and they mixed it for me.
  
  I've used it. It is still gloss.
