- A Google User Added November 07, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆As a graphic designer I deal with a lot of printers all over Sydney. This has got to be hands down the worst printing experience I have ever had. Not only was the lady who served me very unfriendly and cranky to the point I was uncomfortable asking to see what different paper stocks were there, I had a feeling I wasn't being listened to - and I wasn't. When my prints came out they were the wrong paper size when I had clearly specified beforehand what I wanted. To make matters worse I was given no apology from the lady who served me and was still charged for prints that were the wrong size as if it were my fault. I was so bewildered at being treated this way as a customer I left and took my business elsewhere.
Avoid this place if you can, or if you must go here avoid this staff member. Very disappointing to find out she was actually the owner and had such little care for customers.
