  I am very disappointed I purchased a Kia grand carnival off them roughly two months ago. The gear box needed replacing they covered 300 after I chased them for over a week meaning contant messages via mobile,Facebook voicemails contacted them through email an then finally got a response. Was told this was the last time they are "helping" me. An that was it I have had the car for a few days since replacing the gear box I now need too fix more thing adding up too nearly 1000 for these things. It is so many issues with not having it for so long definitely don't go too them you will ruined if you do. Their excuses for the car playing up was put onto me yet I'm a mum of nine kids I don't trash my car I drive my kids too school use for shopping etc it's their stuff up they don't want too fix!!!!!! Also don't have an actual shop just a palace they "park" their cars so if you have an issue with your car they can ignore you too it suits them for days or weeks!!!!

  Bought a toyota rav4 from these guys 6 months ago. One of the best cars I've bought for myself. Great and friendly people to deal with and will go out of their way to make sure that's the car for you. Best car dealer I've delt with. Highly recommend.

  3rd car I got from carsell and have not once disappointed in what I was going for . Communications & help was on point thank you to Olivia , and the service & delivering my car was just too good

  Bought a car from JIM at carsale told him i have concerns about how it has a pink slip with a crack in windscreen??? Hand brake that doesnt hold. Oil was thick as and was told by JIM that it will pass rego no worries with windscreen. When i questioned him later again on windscreen he told me that i should start saving to replace windscreen my self???? I live in Newcastle 3 hour drive and was assured that the car was tip top. Im not happy at all with JIMS attitude his service or his total lack of care after the sale.
  
  I want to respond to car yards response! A 30cm crack is a big difference from asmall chip in windscreen! The car yard and JIM had nothing to do with my loan application my affordability and great credit score got me a loan for $2800 wich might not be much money to some i was greatfull to the fiance company for. As for saving me $600 on the car i asked for a car $200 over my loan and was told i cant give you that car because i will loose money. JIM called me today to inform me if i have a problem to come to the car yard and he will sort me out and he didnt mean help me with my complaints because of the way he called me a f$^@ing c@#!t and hung up. I didnt expect a rolls royce for my money just to be treated with respect and when i purchase a car with a roadworthy certificate i actually expected it to be roadworthy and not defective . How they got the pink slip in that condition baffles me. And by the way not one photo shows the cracked not chipped windscreen. I already wasted one trip to Campbelltown im not going to waste another trip.

  Car doesnt even drive anymore clutch went befor 3months of buying this car and am up for over $1500 in repairs! You say you dont get much for $3000 well i expect a car that last longer than 3months now im stuck paying a loan for the next 2yrs and no car. Thanks for nothing carsell i only hope that by posting this that i can save someone else from making the mistake of trusting someone when they tell you your getting a great car that if it seems to good to be true it normally is!!!
