As my first time, I have to give a 5+ stars of Customer Service and friendliness. Hailey was well spoken, enthusiastic, professionalism, and respectfully feeling me welcome. Hailey went above and beyond regard to the accommodation with flights and hotels that I am so kindly requested. Hayley also clarified with me to make sure all the details are correct and well sorted. She knows all the latest travel regulations and took us through them carefully and wished us safe and smooth trips, and we did. Excellent service done, thank you Hailey and Macarthur Flight Centre receptionist.
- Nicole Peacey Added June 19, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★They are very busy here, I recommend calling and booking a time slot before visiting, didn't wait too long for them to answer their phones, and was able to get a time slot that day.
However, I did arrive once without a booking in which they were still able to provide me with any information i needed.
Once a time was booked, we had a lovely lady help us make our Holiday's happen!! The girls here really know their stuff and are experienced travellers with amazing advice.
For peace of mind on planning your next holiday, I recommend coming in.
