- Terri Flaxman Added May 02, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very disappointing. Visited store to buy sofa beds as advertised in their catalogue. Staff did not know the items existed and then no stock. Apparently store is too small to carry what is in the catalogue. Told need to go to a bigger store.

The delivery driver dented my wall while carrying the base up the stairs and did not tell me. I have since tried to sort this out with him and he denied everything. Also customer service is no help whatsoever. I try calling numerous times throughout the day and it just rings out. I'm very unsatisfied with the professionalism of John Cootes and will not be shopping with them anymore. I paid $80 for someone to damage my house it would seem.
